This page describes the data Tix Labs processes on behalf of customers and how it flows through the platform. It supports our standing as a technology provider and is a starting template to be finalized with counsel.
Roles
For lead data captured on a customer's tenant site, the customer is typically the data controller and Tix Labs acts as a processor operating Leadtix and Chatix on their behalf.
Data flow
- A lead is submitted on a tenant site and posted to Leadtix on a defined payload.
- Leadtix sends server-side conversion events to Meta via the Conversions API for attribution.
- Qualified leads are engaged on the WhatsApp Business Platform by Chatix and synced to the customer's CRM/ERP.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and platform providers — including content delivery, Meta advertising and messaging platforms, payment processors and LLM providers — solely to deliver the services. A current list is available on request.
